At By.Olave, we don’t accept returns or exchanges; but we do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order. Before we ship anything, we send you clear photos so you can confirm the item is in great condition.

Because returns and exchanges often cost more than the item itself, we don’t offer them. However, if there’s ever a mix-up or damage that clearly results from our side, we’ll make it right. In such cases, we can offer you store credit to use on your next order or share a list of digital assets you can choose from as compensation.
